Technology Advisor
Do you wish you had someone to talk to about nonprofit technology questions, software advice, or best practices? Outsourced IT support can fulfill some technical needs, but you may also want someone who can give you specific advice about your nonprofit software, CRM configuration, digital marketing tool setup and usage, data governance, training, and adoption. Raise HECK is available to serve as your technology advisor on a retained basis. Whether you need a little help every now and then, or a lot on a regular basis, we’ll craft an offering that’s right for you.
Technology Assessment
We will go deep with your team to understand all stakeholders’ needs from technology and how they are or aren’t being met. We’ll inform you about our findings and will develop a technology roadmap to guide your team. The outcome could be a Software Selection Project, or a Re-Implementation and Adoption Project. 10-12 weeks.
Software Selection Project
We will manage your software selection process, whether it’s an RFI, open RFP, or an invitation-only process. We will draft your request and requirements, communicate with vendors, schedule meetings and demonstrations, and help you evaluate solutions. 8-12 weeks.
Strategic Consulting
We are available to work with you on retainer in a variety of ways: change management, training and onboarding, technology migration project management, staffing assessments and recommendations, and data governance team implementation.
Virtual Administrator
Raise HECK maintains partnerships with many nonprofits software companies and we are experienced with many of them, including EveryAction from Bonterra, Luminate Online from Blackbaud, and more. From training to configuration, digital production, data management, and an extra pair of hands, we can lend a hand with your nonprofit tech work.
Sustainer Checkup
